The temperate climate and maritime location, coupled with high quality soils allows Tasmania and it’s associated islands to boast ideal conditions for rearing stock.
The pure air and ecological awareness of the very small population has led to a virtually unspoilt environment. Many farms in Tasmania practice ecological or organic practices with a firm view of producing pristine meat.

Lamb
